AI usage and budget

Track AI spending, set a monthly budget and see how much each report costs.

The AI Usage tab shows the month's consumption: calls, tokens, cost per model and the latest analyses. The cost is calculated with each model's public price and charged to the account of your key, not by Capto.

#Monthly budget

1. step 01
   Set the limit

   In AI Usage, enter the budget in dollars for the month.

2. step 02
   Get alerts

   Admins are notified when spending reaches 80% and 100%.

3. step 03
   At the limit

   At 100%, AI analyses pause until the next month. Reports are still recorded and sent as usual.

#How much a report costs

Approximate values, based on the models' public prices. The real cost depends on the size of each report and the code that is read.
